Weaving

At E.Cima we have all kinds of machinery in the factory capable of creating multiple types of fabric.

Ketten fabrics

Loop Velour, tulle, satin, microfiber, bloquée mesh, linings, imitation suede, mesh, micropanas, brushed and velvets.

Raschel fabrics

Mosquito nets, nets, panel supports, ultra-resistant nets and weft fabrics.

3D fabrics

3D fabrics from 2 to 20mm thickness and up to 4 meters wide.

Circular fabrics

Piqué, interlock, jaquard, single jersey, mesh and elastic linings.

Dyeing and finishes

Once the greige fabric has been produced, it must undergo dyeing and finishing treatments.

Tincture

Jet, autoclave, jigger and continuous dyeing.

Brushed

Combs with garnishes for mouflon, polar, suede, microfibers, loop veloures, plush and tracksuits.

Continuous impregnation

Impregnation of fabrics with antipilling, fire-retardant, hydrophilic, water-repellent, antibacterial, anti-mosquito, anti-static, softening, anti-slip finishes.

Stamped, glued, laminated

Transfer and conventional prints, hot-mealt glued, acrylic resins, foamed.

At E.Cima we always ensure product quality based on controls and care during manufacturing and prior to shipment.

Approximately one million meters of dyed and finished fabric in stock and more than 200 thousand kg of greige fabric.

Color control and dyeing

Equipment such as automatic pipetting machine, tester (Tint Control), analysis scarf, spectrophotometer and light hood allow for the formulation, adjustment and verification of colors, ensuring precision and reproducibility in the dyeing processes.

Colorfastness tests

Machines such as washing machines, dryers, crockmeters, and tests for fastness to washing, water, and sweat ensure that fabrics maintain their color and properties against use and maintenance.

Fabric strength tests

Equipment such as Martindale and Hook and Loop wear testing machines evaluate the abrasion and durability of fabrics, ensuring their performance in demanding technical applications.

Weight and physical parameter monitoring

Instruments such as automatic grammage scales, precision scales and Palmer gauges allow measuring grammage, weight and thickness to ensure uniformity and compliance with technical specifications.

Thermal and air conditioning equipment

The oven is used for thermal stability testing and controlled drying of samples, validating the behavior of tissues under different environmental conditions.

Laboratory

In the laboratory we analyze that the parameters required for each of the tissues are correct with a relationship of the devices, equipment for quality control.
